fax

we seen this ,pull out all paper trays machine will tell you what paper size it needs
than check , machine is looking for fax paper 11 by 17 or a size thats not in machine. configure fax to print bypass and set size

once its clear turn on fax auto reduction for paper sizes

Also check to see if there is a media type specification. If its seeking 8 1/2 x 11 letterhead, and you have loaded 8 1/2 x 11 plain it may not accept the substitution. Also enable auto tray switching. For printing it's defaulted to off (R1,0. Send this command from KM-Net Viewer:

!R! FRPO R1,99; EXIT;

Also check that size setting for the cassette is "auto", if I remember correctly the machine will not print out Fax from a cassette that have a fixed size setting.

Yes, Set fax default paper tray to bypass. You need to do this in Command Center. Also 205A firmware takes care of problem.

You may have a size conflict on the print side. Computer is sending a certain size that you don't have in machine. Check all your defaults on machine and on driver. You can also go into the page setup in whatever program you're printing from to see what size the job was set up with. Good luck.
