Taskalfa 250ci Halftone Adjustment Error E02

When running Gray Adjustment under system menu/maintenance it will error out and say check the original. If I run U410 Half Tone Adjustment in MM it will give me a E02 error. Only thing the manual says is that this is a Sensor Error. Which sensor is it talking about?

I would think it was the transfer belt patch sensors, possibly piled up with toner or the shutter not opening. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

For it to work optics have to be clean. More important, colors have to be aligned, so perform color calibration and than color registration (normal is enough) and i guarantee you it will work.

Tear the machine a part and clean it first, then run cal. then reg, then gray adj. If it still fails run a color belt. If the copy quality is too bad the gray adj will code out.
