TaskAlfa 250ci: Wrong Colors when scanning copying/ Internal prints all good

I have a TaskAlfa 250ci that is copying/scanning the wrong colors, but the internal prints are coming out great. The duplex scanner from the ADF also scans and copies fine. Optics have been thoroughly cleaned and I have tried to run the scanner calibrations using the machine's internal print outs, but no luck. KDA suggests the Scanner Calibration chart, but I don't have one and have spoken to some other tech's that say they have never needed to use them. Right now, am looking at either the ISU assembly or getting the KDA calibration chart to try that. Anyone have any other suggestions or similar experience?

Did you try doing an alpha channel/gray scale adjustment, it more intensive than colour adjustment.
In user tools| calibration. Simliar to colour chart printouts but you place grey scale prints on the glass.

Get the chart, it is cheaper than the ISU and you probably won't be sorry you did. Besides, if you replace the ISU you should calibrate it using the chart anyway.

I have heard reports of other techs resolving this issue with the official scanner charts. By the way, it's the only way to calibrate the scanner, so it's not like you have any choice.

That being said, the machines I have fixed ended up being the scanner control board, and use of the charts. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
