Post Kyocera Taskalfa 180 dark shade at the back of the copy paper

hello. my problem is the shade (not dirt) about 2" on the leading edge at the back of output paper.
attached is the sample (back of the copy paper) i jammed the paper and found out that the image/dark shade is being transferred at the transfer roller at the back of the paper ( the copy in front is good). i tried to wipe the transfer roller with a clean dry cloth. but still there is the dark portion at the back of the paper. what seems the problem? the Transfer Roller?
Do i need to adjust some data? Hv, grid, etc?

I need your suggestions based on experienced.

Since you used poor quality non oem toner, now you have to vacuum dev unit, than put oem toner in, and run U130 to replenish.
