Copystar CS1810: C710 code
C710 code; does this usually mean the toner sensor is bad?
we have 1 of these machines in our shop.
U131 was at 125.
Tried entering 157 (@ U131) but didn't seem to do anything...machine has 30,230 pages on it.
Do you need to change the toner sensor spacer when you replace the toner sensor? (33914190 was the sensor number)
thanks.

Re: Copystar CS1810: C710 code
after seeing your comment about the toner motor...
I ran a U135 code- checking the toner feed motor.
Nothing, well at least no motor was turning. I went to the service mode, blinking U, entered the 1, 3, 5 then hit start and...nothing happened...didn't see "on" in the display after that.

Re: Copystar CS1810: C710 code
toner motor came in...put it in. Still has the C710 code.
I tried doing the U135 setting with the new motor but the machine behaved the same way. I forget what the force toner code was but I tried that too and couldn't hear anything moving...I thought I did the steps correctly.
maybe it has a board problem?
