    its a enginer code according to tch support they told me to try upgrading the firmware. make sure you copy the bit maps with the files or the error code will keep comming back.

    Angry Same issue

    Heres my issue I have a 3050 that was self rebooting..I did the dimms, firmware, and memory stick per Tech Support...Now I am getting a CFB31 code now..

    The copier locks up sometimes at startup sometimes when scanning and lately it reboots by itself without anyone near it...Very odd and tech support is at a loss on what to do..

    I was thinking about setting it on fire that would fix it ounce and for all..This has been an ongoing issue for 2 months now...

    You've got two expensive options: Main PWB or Op Panel. The odds are even, it could be either one equally. You choose. =^..^=

    Thats what I was thinking too...I will try Hytec and see if they got some refurbs for me..Thanks Cat for the quick reply and help...
