Mylars under reg assy or drive pack. Almost always one or the other.

If you're having collision jams caused by a flipped or bent mylar you need to take strong but flexible cardboard (the back piece of a legal pad) and manually force is through the bypass into the paper path. This also works well if scrap paper gets lodged in hidden areas.

I don't have the drive pack part number as Kyocera's website is currently down.

thing is it’s intermittent jamming, it’ll stop just after the reg rollers so not completely convinced that it’s the mylars, it’s a chargeable customer so don’t want to fit this drive pack and it still happen but it’s only done 30k and it’s mainly the tray 1 jams 0501 about 530 of them and about 40 of the 4201 jams

They do AMCV of 5k a month, which I thing is too much. I haven't thought of replacing the clutch as the machines are very new. Any thoughts on this.
    what fixed your issue?

Order the clutch wires 302HS46210 too. Odds are 50/50 you will pull bare wires out of the connector because it's so tight.
