I am having problems with the KM-C3232 where the machine keeps blowing thermoswitches in the fuser, its the one that is inside the fuser belt so impossible to get out without stripping the fuser unit apart. Have you had this problem?

It's a recurring problem...replace the fuser unit.
I don't know what's different, but the new style fuser seems to resolve this issue. I don't know if UK part # is the same as US, but the new US# is: 302JD93051.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

These fusers don’t have a fuser to dismantle - the whole fuser is replaced (normally under warranty because they don’t last). You can't get the parts individually (service manual 3 items 110v -240v fuser complete) as I think its part of the Kyocera thinking of quality control i.e. they don’t trust anyone except them to put them together and there bloody expensive to buy!
