Loop sensor non arrival jam J410x

I Have a TaskAlfa 3050ci that comes up with a J410x with every attempted copy/print from all cassettes. I have replaced the modification to the registration section. Any ideas?

Have you cleaned the loop sensor? I have seen heavy dusting machines that cover this sensor and a cause continuous jams. If your jam is at or past the loop sensor, this is likely your problem. The sensor in question sits above the transfer section on the conveyance unit.

I have a vague recollection of a loose harness connector at the machine side of the right door. The wire harness is a bit short. The previous techs had replaced the whole door assembly, the engine board, and the wire harness assy. But on final assembly the same connector pulled loose.

I removed a section of the harness from the looms to gain about an inch in length. It was awkward and inconvenient to make the final connection at the modular connection, but it can be done with patience and dental implements.

    Here it is:

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Loop sensor non arrival jam J410x

Below is from the service bulletin

    Measure for J410x (Loop
    sensor non arrival jam)
    x: Paper feed cassette
When the roller is new and the conveying force is stronger, registration roller
and middle roller may pull the paper against each other during the secondary
paper feed operation. As a result, middle motor and registration motor may
come out of sync, triggering the J410x jam code. As a measure, the
    following change is implemented.
    [Change]
Change the current value of middle motor to prevent the motor from coming
    out of sync.

Did you update the firmware ?--- the above measure and more is for firmware level,, see below

Thanks for all the replies. I managed to find a complete conveying section which I then replaced yesterday. So far so good.
