taskalfa 500ci ghosting when duplexing in black n white .

Hi All. Have a TA 500ci, seems like it's ghosting when I copy a black and white test chart. Single sided copies looks fine. Looks like the fuser is not fusing, so is causing ghosting.
I swap out 3 times good used black drum and black developer, swap out fuser and belt. Firmware upgraded to 2H72F00.015.005 2013.12.20. It's doing it on black and white only.
Any help would be great. Thank you.

When you install your new fuser, does it come with fixing pressure applied? If no, have you applied fixing pressure.

What about media type? What type of media are you using? What media settings? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Blackcat thanks for the suggestion. I didn't know you needed to adjust the spring pressure. The one I have was a used good fuser from another machine. It end up being the fusers guide had toner buildup on it. I swap the fuser with another fuser that was working fine on another machine TA 400ci. I didn't bother to check that. One of the other tech figure that out. So we are good. Thank you for the help.

Just want to understand the fix here. was it that the fuser entrance guide had toner buildup and that was the cause of ghosting problem. or was a complete fuser swap the fix. Toner buildup should not cause ghosting, but rather jam or smear issues. I think the bulidup was smearing the unfused toner as it entered the fuser.
correct me if i am wrong here please.

It.was actually the meter guide that is after the rollers. Had a small toner buildup on the edge. It didnt have the same problem when it was in TA400ci. Only happens when duplexing. Weird. I believe the buildup smears the print and 2nd copy pick it up. Causing ghosting like CQ.
