KM 6330 Paper Drawer

Message "Paper drawer is out of order". This would be cassette or drawer number 1. All apears in order. How do I clear or reset this?

Thank you for your quick response. Run SIM 906 and 10871087 seem like the right answer but I have zero documentation on this machine. I have found one password but I don't know how to navigate to the screen that will allow me to enter these service codes -

you should be able to just key in the Code you wish, then hit the print key to activate.
then use the touch screen to reset then print key again.
