    You may have noticed that I don't hand out manuals and firmware. I'm sure there is a reason that you are asking for firmware. What are you trying to fix with firmware? The firmware for the Stratos series hasn't changed in 4 years or more. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    I need firmware when hard disk fail to start up
    To reinstall system ..... like canon

    "What's wrong in this??????" is that:

    1. Some individuals ask for help, but don't give a very detailed history of what is wrong or even attempt to troubleshoot.
    2. Some individuals do not contribute to the forum, but have no issues receiving f/w, manuals, and helpful advice, something that is given in abundance by blackcat and others in this forum.
    3. Firmware does not need to be reloaded on that model after replacing the HDD; there are no system files on the drive. If replacing the drive does not fix the issue, you either have an incorrect or bad HDD, or there is most likely something else wrong with the machine. If you would post better details of what the problem is, instead of simply asking for firmware and manuals, (which are generally not freely given by technicians or manufacturers), you may find someone on this forum that will help you.
