    6500i J6210

We've taken over service for an account with several 6500i and two 5550ci. I've been doing this for 20+ years but am newbie with Kyocera. The troubleshooting guides have been a great help so far. Didn't see anything about j6210 (finisher eject jam) in it. Anyone have any suggestions for this?

Does this machine have a mailbox unit attached?

Did you find a solution to the 6210 jams?

    No. They replaced the units.

I remember they redesigned the cursor guides for those finishers as they were catching the corners of pages when it would straighten the paper for staple and offsetting...but don't remember if it was associated with that jam code.
