I was informed by Kyocera that they have made changes to the small business dealer accounts and no longer provide assistance. Thanks! I am in need of the current firmware for a Ecosys m3645. It would be greatly appreciated while I figure this out. Thanks in advance

i think someone lied to you.... i log into the kyocera website and download firmware as needed. v02/24 is the latest on the website for your model.

Also, if you utilize KFS, you can go to "Administrator" settings and pull FW files that way
