    TA 250ci Firmware

I'd like to find out how we'd know when the firmware for a Task Alfa 250ci update is complete. What appears on the screen, or what happens to the machine.

    Thanks.

Screen is black with a list of items, on the ones that have been updated it says completed (I think)
on the ones that are the same it say no change or says something very similar.

Okay second question, has anyone ever encountered the error C9530. Our service manual states to contact service administrative division. But so far no reply from Kyocera Australia on this error code.

If I remember correctly, that is the "currency counterfeiting" code. Lucky you. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
