While you're cleaning watch out for lumps. When your charge roller gets lumpy it will not make even contact with the drum, and will start discharging in the innovative spider pattern at 38mm intervals. Occasionally you can get the roller clean enough in the short term, but it will start discharging to the drum from the high spots after a very short period of time.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

One more thing i do with those rollers is i usually remove it and clean it, dry it ,and then reinstall. now when you remove it from the horzontal position it 95 percent will break the bushing. so i put a bit of grease on the shaft and turn a bit and pry it out from the end side of the roller and it slips out easily. then i could also check the cleaning brush that sits below the roller for debris.
