So it's ok on prints? Then you are looking at the optical section. What have you done so far?

What is the feed direction LTR or LTR-R (A4 or A4-R)?

I'm going to take a WAG that it fed LTR-R/A4-R and it could happen on prints, just that it's intermittent and you saw the copies first.

It looks to me like a charge contact issue. It could be the developer bias contact or the transfer charge contact. You can use conductive grease on the transfer charge contact, but cannot use conductive grease on the developer bias contact.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

A4 paper output direction. We do not encounter this problem while printing. The problem scanning section. But we can not determine why it caused.
