Yes and no.
As you know, waste toner is a consistent percentage of the toner usage, based on 5% average fill. Let's hypothesize that they're actually averaging 7.5% average fill. The drum cavity would fill in, oh say ... 75K prints.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Guys does the drum unit DK-150 need a manual calibration or does the machine somehow recognizes the new unit and starts it own procedure accordingly?

It's chipped. The machine knows right away when you install the new one. =^..^=

Now @100k the machine is spitting out a sheet with: "REPLACE MAINTENANCE KIT"
Did I made a mistake or what?
Any help please.

Did you change just the drum, or the whole kit? =^..^=

Only the drum unit Cat, since the waste box was full and the drum was showing lines.

Errr....... NO. That seems to be the problem. I believed that time that the chip on the drum unit would take care of that. What to do now?
