    Newbie to Kyocera question

We've recently been asked if we can work on Kyocera printers. We've got plenty of experience with HP and Lexmark, so, sure, we can see what we can do. Went and looked at an FS-P2020D today that needs a new drum. Question is, if the drum is approved, is there a "reset" needed for the drum?

    Thanks!!

press the menu button > service > maintenance
When you think you have made a procedure idiot proof your company employs a better idiot.
