Dislikes: FS-4200DN with 170k on the clock. Take up, feed and separation rollers are new. Prints are jamming 8 out of 10. Paper exits a few inches out of the fuser than the machine indicates a jam.
I'm not a Kyocera guy, so any ideas please?

Is the pickup pressure spring still there? Most of the jams on Kyocera printers result from the last tech losing the spring then re-assembling, not knowing where to put it. If it feeds at all, they just assume that the spring is redundant and throw it away. It's common enough that I carry the OEM spring. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Hey hans, have you checked the sensor actuator (lever) in the fuser assy? sometimes it gets a little dislodged and may intermittent cause a jam at the rear. I would pull the fuser out and check that actuator for free movement. FYI: Tip with putting fuser back: with fuser out of machine, plug machine in and turn machine on and watch the fuser pressure cams in the machine turn downwards and unplug the machine. This will allow the fuser to slide in with no hassle, otherwise you'd be there like me for the next 15 minutes wondering why it doesnt fit.
btw, there's no jam sensor in the exit/delivery area, only a paper full (exit) photosensor and actuator. So it may be that the sensor operation in the fuser is malfunctioning. Does jamming occur from all sources (MPT, and cassettes). I'm having a similar issue with a FS4100 in our shop where all paper coming out of all trays are stopping about an inch or two out of the fuser, just before entering delivery rollers, including MPT. Paper has a little ripple at the lead edge too.
I had this issue before and resolved it by giving the sensor before registration and the rollers below a good clean.
UPDATE: Hans, I ended up replacing the feed drive clutch pack 302LV94253 and cassette feed/take up roller assembly 302LV94270 and it fixed my issue.
I also turned the machine upside down and blew out that registration sensor as mentioned by vee1989, pain to get to, located on PCB under machine.
