I have a customer with a jam I am trying to help him clear over the phone. I remoted into the printers web interface and checked the event log and he is getting a 101.00.00.01.01 jam. The service manual lists this as a "Waiting for process package to become ready" "Process package won’t become ready." but does not list a jam location. He has already tried power cycling the printer but it comes back up with a 00.00.00.00.00 jam, so something is still stuck. Googleing the error message just brings up other Kyocera manuals from other manual sites but nothing to indicate what it means. Can anyone help with a better explanation of this error?
How do I summon blackcat4866 to get his input?
