TASKALFA 5551ci-Error 5102

Dear All,
We are getting an error code C5102 in one of our Task Alfa 5551Ci machine.

Already tried to update the firmware to the latest version & also replaced drum & charge roller Unit.

But still same.

Kindly advice us a possible solution.

If replacing drum unit C and charger didn't help, the next thing is high voltage pwb. Re seat connectors on it, check contacts, and replace it if nothing changes.
