    TA 520i cannot enter service mode.

    I have a TA 520i but it cant enter service mode even when you use 10871087.
    Ive done a firmware upgrade, system initialisation through the system menu but still it has failed to enter 10871087 mode.
    All buttons are working well.
    Pliz help

    try 3036 also check the key pad is working

    did you try going to the status screen before trying 1087
