150 is the error. It means the eeprom communication trouble. If powering off doesn't clear, you'll probably have to call a tech.

    Hope that helps !

Either the eeprom chip is not installed or the board is bad.

    Hope that helps !

You need a service tech to update the firmware

I know what I know better than anyone else knows what I know.

You definately need to update the firmware.

If you do a search for "Error 150" you should see all the other threads that have been posted in regards to this problem. There is a lot of information that could help you.

Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.

One other thing for you to check is to make sure that the Network card and the printer recognise the MAC address and serial number.

Print out a service status page and check that they are both there.

    Menu - Others - Service - Status Page - Enter - Enter

If they aren't there, then you might need to get a tech (unless you can find a copy of LPT Secure) to run LPT Secure through the machine to recover these bits of information.

Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
