FS-2020D Error F050

Hi All

I have a Kyocera FS-2020D printer in the workshop with a F050 error, i have done some resarch and it seems that it requires a firmware upgrade but i can't find one.
We mainly work on HP machines and dont have access to Kyocera manuals and support, can someone please point me in the right direction.
