Customer will print envelope from word, machine will print out envelope followed by blank sheet of paper. All other print jobs work fine.????

Any suggestions or thoughts greatly appreciated.

Weird issues with Word are often found in the "Page Setup" section.

I had one were it would print the first page, then ask to load the MP tray. The Page Setup overrides the driver.
