[Electrical] Kyocera MFP 2126+ - Toner Cartridge(black) not known anymore

My Problem:

my mfp2126+ does not know the rebuilt toner anymore.

The display says: please change the toner due to the fact that it is empty. But in fact it is not, it is nearly new and was used perfectly before but now it always should be replace.


in short the black toner is not working anymore.

I tried a new toner, also rebuilt, but the effect is the same : Please replace the toner.

I have alreaedy tried the hotline with no progress!

Well ..... rebuilt toner ? This would be Generic Toner right ?
ONLY USE OEM TONER ........
Try a REAL toner cartridge. If you still get these errors.... you may need to replace the developer.
Generic toner is NOT recommended !

P.S. You probably just voided your warranty .

It's always a good idea to use OEM-toner.

There can be a problem with the toner supply. Sometimes the toner cartridges are not driven properly which results in add toner messages.
We use Kyofleetmanager and saw a few machines asking for toner when the toner was not empty.

Problem now solved !

I have tried the OEM-Toner, and finally it works again.

Due to the new firmware update, the old chips didn't work any more.
