Our company recently switched from hosting our own email to a cloud based email service. I updated the SMTP server information to reflect that of the cloud based email service but we were still not able to scan or fax to email.

I contacted tech support for our email service and they had me change the authentication settings to Network Authentication, the smtp domain name and had me copy the domain name in the host name box and finally told me to select Windows NT for the server type.

After doing so, a box popped up asking me for my user name and password so I entered the login user name and password that I selected in the SMTP protocol settings page. After doing this, I was completely locked out of the command center and now I'm unable to access the command center. The machine prompts for a user name and password now but it does not accept what I selected. I also tried admin and admin00, admin01 and 4000 for the password and none works.

Please help
