    Sorry, I missed that it was damaged. At a glance it just seemed dirty.

    Since damage is not on the drum I'd suspect the cleaning brush behind the charge roller is probably not turning or has something very small on it that rubbed a groove in the charge roller. Not unusual to see grooves after a lot of clicks (+150k), but I'd just replace the mc-320. In my experience I haven't seen grooves comeback with a new charger roller.

    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Detrition charge roll after 50K printout is possible. Specially in a case of short print jobs (1-2page per print job)
    My experience is about 100k (usually 1x cleaning is needed).
