    Today I changed Media feed (ACM) clutch (40X5370), but the noise is still here. The clutch is jumping. I think the gearbox is fault, or the shaft.

    The only other parts are the gear assembly or the autocomp assembly.


    Can you tell/see if the issue is in the main gear assembly? The end of the autocomp (the arm with the rollers) has a small gear cluster in it. Perhaps there's something wrong in there making it appear there is something wrong in the main drive assembly?

    What I see the gear assembly is good, but the autocomp (the arm with the rollers) I must check it, because the grinding noise is when the paper is picking up.

    Here is the picture of the autocomp:

    Today I replaced autocomp mechanism, and all is working perfectly! Many thank you for your help.
