    Cs310dn image probs

Dear all , youll have to excuse me as I'm more of a Ricoh man , but have been asked to look at this machine (firstly customer uses compatibles, I know but I have no say on the matter) but they seem to have a lack of yellow in the prints - the yellow dev unit roller does seem to have deletions running thru it as opposed to the others Ive ordered a yellow dev and full drum set - and will initialize , but just thought does anybody have anymore ideas on this or does this sound right - I think the yellow toner has clogged the doctor blade ??? - but only seems to make a difference in half tones / and when mixed with another colour

    Thanks in advance

You sound like you are on the right track, and I know these smaller Lexmark machines do not get along very well with compatibles, if the customer wont go with the genuine Lexmark then you can suggest that they try a different brand of compatible.
