Lexmark X543 106.08 Service Printhead Error”.

This is a Color Laser model so a bit unusual to get a print head error... Anyhow customer says it won't reset. Nothing I sold but trying to help her out. Any ideas? She said she called Lexmark and they told her they do not support this model any longer but could sell her a new machine. LOL

you can try and reseating the cables... but more likely you need to replace the ROS
