Lexmark XC4150 DF Jams

Hi all,

We currently have a couple of XC4150 machines in the field and we are noticing the document feeders jam on letterhead paper frequently.
The machines will scan plain paper all day long but as soon as you put letterhead paper (130gsm) in the feeder it will jam within 2 - 3 feeds.

Any ideas ?

Does it jam or double feed?

Trying playing around with the sep tyre mylar, trimming a bit back at a time if it is double feeding

Think you are over the max paper weight with that media...Check the service manual on that
