I've got a machine that is not transferring. I swapped the transfer roller with one from another machine and there was no change. Would the power supply be next in line?

I assume you have tried a new image unit, after that there is not much use to spend time or effort as it is getting cost prohibitive to do much more. These boxes are throwaway.
Had once one KM 4050 which may be the same if I'm not mistaken. If you have blank print/copy try to change IU. It was the culprit in my case.
Good luck

Not transferring as in no image? How about a half-print test? Any image on the IU(s)?
contacts in good shape?
yeah they are the cheaper line
they aren't using remans are they... had a cust using a China brand most were leaks..did have some FTP
You get a light image on the paper, when you do a stop test, you find that much of the image didn't transfer. That's what I mean by no transfer.
Just realized this is a B&W unit.....duh!
Is the Imaging Unit okay? Worked on one of these last week and right after I updated the firmware, I started getting image defects from the same imaging unit that was in the machine when I arrived. Junk IU's.
Cust tried the imaging unit before I got there. But again, the drum has the image on it. It's just not transferring.
Gotta suspect the transfer roller or power supply (combo LV & HV).
