The 1st Print quality page indicates no magenta toner when there is clearly magenta toner in the cartridge. I can see magenta toner in the window on the back of the cartridge.IMG_2322 (1).jpg I have not tried doing the sensor test, I will do it tomorrow.

Do you really think that the only factor in magenta color reproduction is the presence of magenta toner in the cartridge? If that's truly the case you definitely need to hire somebody with skills. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Nope, that's not the case. i know enough about digital boxes. Am I a Lexmark tech, no. I got my nose dirty on Sharps for 20 years and Canon, Minolta and Mita for 5 years before that... Last machine I was factory trained on was a sharp MX-M1100. I retired from the copier business in 2010. I now work in an office the scans 4 million documents a year on 3 Kodak i1860 scanners. My boss was gonna send this Lexmark machine to surplus but I asked for it because I know in time I can fix it. Jus looking for some Lexmark tips here, that's all.

Start with that. More than likely the problem.
Did that, no change.
