Not a normal line of printers I work on. I have a lexmark that has had the pick up rollers changed but still has jamming issues. Seems as though the media drive assembly needs some parts replaced. I saw where some of the drive parts are available but cannot find in the service manual how to replace the media drive assembly or media clutch, which concerns me. Has anyone replaced these parts before, any advice?

Is is making a clicking noise when it tries to pull? If it is, you'll need to replace: 40X2831 - Media feed ACM clutch CBM. Have replaced it in the past. PITA, but, works.

I've seen many times (on the Dell version (1720)) where one of the pick rolls just rotates on the shaft. I've fixed this using super glue.

Thanks for all the help, clutch finally came in and I replaced it yesterday. Hope I don't see that old puppy again!
