Customer Support App
On the latest series of Lexmark MFPs using the Android operating system, has anyone had any meter reads reliably reported as scheduled via email?
I understand how to configure the app and I got it to report one time only via email but no emails since.
I hope with these new products we are not forced to go back to calling the customer monthly for meter reads.
Is it a firmware fix or an email authentication issue?

My guess would be firmware.
We installed a couple of those beasts a couple of months ago. Had to update the firmware just so the thing would recognize the WiFi accessory and not throw an "Unrecognized USB Accessory" error.
