toshiba e450s (Lexmark X642e)

We have been having some fax issues with our toshiba machine and I was wondering if anyone on the Lexmark side of this could help out. We have tried calling Toshiba tech support to no avail. They have no clue what to tell us since they are just reading what Lexmark decided to give them. We are having these codes on incoming faxes: E-802, E-804 , E-812, and E-713 . Our issue is, we have no idea what these codes are. None of the Toshiba documentation has error codes in it. Our customer does about 200 faxes a day and these errors pop up about 15-20% of the time each day. Is there a Lexmark service manual or tech out there that can point me in the direction of what each of these codes is?

Toshiba E450S = Lexmark X642e ?????

First I am in doubt if a Toshiba E450S is the same machine as a Lexmark X642. I really don't think so.
But if it is, the service manual of the Lexmark does not contain the error codes you have on your Toshiba.

Yes, it is the same machine. We were able to do an onlice chat with Lexmark Tech Support via thier website. They told us what each error code meant and then gave us the steps to access the service menu and change the settings needed to help with the error issues. They told us that none of those codes are in any manuals that a tech can get. They said they are "3rd Level" support and that the only way to get help is to contact them. I am not sure if that is totally true, but the info they gave us helped with our issues.
