| My main gripe is Lexmark support. I get bounced around on the phone so many times, and end up where I started. I've been given plenty of phone numbers to call, all of which want to transfer me to someone else. Then I had a warranty part order for San Jose CA. The part ended up in Reno NV!!!! Another warranty part for Salinas CA was sent to Tempe AZ!!! Go figure. The third warranty part recently was sent out as the wrong part, Lexmark telling me the right part had been shipped the next day, which it wasn't. After another 45 minutes on the phone with them I finally got them to assure to send out the right part. It did come the next day, but what a pain! The units themselves aren't bad, but their support (and the way they use an on-line service tech form for parts) is laughable at best.... |
