Lexmark T-632 5 bin mail box problem

Hello, I am having an intermittant problem with the 5-bin mail box on a LexmarK T-632. It does not disengage the diverter gate when they print to the standard tray so it jams. It works fine on the mail bins. I can reset it and test the bins in test mode. It works fine but then it hangs up again in a week or so. Is there a solinoid or motor in there? what would cause that? any help would be appreciated.

Called Lexmark, Parts Now and several boards and got no replies. Recomended replacement!
