    Lexmark 782mfp jamming

    One of my customers has 2 of these and they both have different problems. I came up dry from my tech support sources. One machine stops with the paper just before it enters the fuser. The image in on center, nothing grabbing the paper. The other is jamming on the left side no matter which tray you use. the rear edge of the paper is wrinkled like it is dragging on something. I was wondering if anyone out there has any experience with these.
