    Lexmark 920 with back ground issue

    Hi Guys, I have just been out to a Lexmark 920 and it has really bad back ground, it has only done 60k copies and the drums have already been change. any ideas?

    Have you checked the cleaner unit on the IT unit? I have seen a few of these go bad.

    HI, i have check transfer belt, changed the black drum and ckeaned the density sensor.

    Any more ideas?

    Was this ever fixed? These Printers were garbage to repair, but the problem may lie with a dirty HVPS. Cleaning it sometimes works and other times you must replace it. cheers
