    Lexmark C920 Quality problem

I have inherited a Lexmark C920 with 20K volume. The costumer has replaced all the toners and PCU's. The test prints and quality from the machine are very poor. The contrast is very dark and there are faint copies towards the back. I have cleaned all the Led's. I suspect the transfer unit. See attached example. Any suggestions appreciated

Well, I saw a very similar problem.
Question: Is this a plain paper or heavy cardstock? The printer support up to 216 g/M2 card stock.
I saw some problems when customer use wrong paper weight. Usually it use 90 lbs. cover paper max.
Did you calibrate color trough User Menu, not service menus?
Review, all transfers for all colors? actually it use some kind of transfer blades not transfer rollers, under the Transfer belt, I saw some deformed in Lex C912.

    The TBU is very expensive.
