XS658de how do you delete fax stored numbers?
Can someone help me, As of today the customer was only using this machine as a copier,Today I hooked up the fax and was going to show the customer how to input( store one-touch numbers) and created a short-cut with two phone numbers as if I was sending to two different locations.(broardcasting) By accident. How do I edit or delete and start over. This machine is not on the clients network, so I was inputting on control panel. Is it easier to hook-up my lap-top with a cross-over cable ?For the life of me, I just could not figure this one out. What am I missing? Thank-You, in advance. The(CD) manual that came with the machine for Lexmark XS658de was not helpful, and Lexmarks web site did not appear to have any info on editing, removing, deleteing fax short-cuts. Help

Don't know if you figured this out already but do this:
From the Touch Screen
Press "Menus"
scroll down to "Manage Shortcuts" and press it.
Press "Fax Shortcuts"
Select the number you want to delete then press "Delete Entry"

Thank-You, Yes you are right, I am not aquainted with lexmarks, inputting of numbers. I went the next day and read thru the op manual the night before it worked as you said. Thanks.
