Lexmark Optra C710 992 Service Engine Error

Hello everyone, I keep getting this 992 error when I turn on the printer....I can't seem to find anything about this sort of error, any help here?

If you're handy, you can replace the HV power supply / controller.

Well I am an Electrical Engineer...lol ...where would I get a HV power supply / controller? oh and the service manual for the C710?
