Lexmark/Dell service mode

hey all...i am trying to figure out how to enter service mode on a Dell A962 inkjet printer. i know it is made by Lexmark, but do not know the equivalent. anybody know how to enter Service Mode on either the Dell inkjet or Lexmark inkjet printer lines (i figure it might be the same on both, but i will take either)?

p.s what i really want to do is a ram clear, but i'm thinking i should be able to figure that out once i get into Service mode.
