Not sure if I asked this question before..

but at our dealership we also sell lexmark machines, and every month i need to call out lexmark customers and ask them for their copy count.
is there any way I can set up the machines to automatically email us the meters?

Certain Lexmark models of MFP's and Printers can have an App loaded to do this. There are over 40 models that have this option.
Load the "Customer Support" app from the Virtual Solution Center.
You have to be an authorized dealer/service center for Lexmark to have access.
Download & Configure the app into each Lex you want the meter reads from.
