Lexmark 654 dropping letters and making some bold
One of my reps has a Lexmark 654 that appears to intermittently drop some letters and make other letters/words bold. Has anyone experienced this & found it to be print driver and/or firmware related?

would have to be firmware or driver related. the printer is only printing what it is told. havent seen this problem yet. but we are having alot of print driver issues with lexmark right now

Be sure you´re using the specific machine´s drivers(those that are in the installation cd)....not the windows/internet generic driver

please try to use Lexmark universal driver PS3 v2. this driver is the best i know for this printers.
