Lexmark X654de 924.01 code

The client told me this machine started getting the 924.01 code after someone removed a paper jam. The fuser lamp never comes on. I tried the fuser in a different machine and it works. I tried a different LVPS in the machine and still get the 924.01 code. The other problem is I can not get into diagnostics or configuration menu. If I hold down the 3 and 6 or 2 and 6 buttons while turning on the machine it just goes thru normal start up until it codes out. My next step is to replace the system card. I was just looking to see if anyone else has seen this or has any other ideas of what I might have missed. Thanks for the help.
