Lexmark-Dell Cross References

Does anyone know of, or have, a cross reference between Dell branded printers and their Lexmark equivalent? The company wants to get into servicing all kind of printers, but we have the references of lexmark, and somethimes has a dell model, and Dell parts are more cheaper than lexmark parts.

I use Katun all the time when I don't have a manual that was requested. Sometimes at least I can find an equivalent model by another manufacturer.
